Chef Jim Muse is a BBQ specialist who has done the following:
- Minnesota vikings Training Table Chef
- Kansas City Culinary Arts School Graduate
- Television BBQ Demonstration Appearances
- Developed his own commercially available BBQ sauce
- Owns and operates a professional catering busines

This class will include:
- Three different ways to prepare ribs (and a dozen ways not to)
- Grilling other meat items
- Food preparation and presentation
- Homemade BBQ sauces
- Question and answer session
* This is a hands on experience. Dress casually.
